Category Manager
BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology and consulting services. They are seeking a Category Manager to drive the evolution of in-store services and experiences that enhance customer engagement and brand impact, while collaborating with various cross-functional teams to implement high-impact retail initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and test new in-store service and experience concepts that drive customer engagement and sales
Design and execute in-market tests (e.g., pilots, A/B testing, customer surveys) and analyze results to inform scale decisions
Build business cases, operational plans, and financial projections to support scaling successful retail experiences
Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product, Visual Merchandising, and Geo teams to ensure seamless execution
Conduct customer research and analysis to inform concept development and ensure experiences meet consumer needs
Support sport, brand, and product teams in creating signature retail moments tied to key launches and campaigns
Stay current on retail trends, emerging technologies, and innovative experiences, applying insights to continuously evolve in-store services
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in retail marketing, experience marketing, or related roles
Proven experience developing, testing, and launching retail services or customer experiences
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Preferred
Corporate retail experience with large, complex organizations
Experience working on in-store customization, services, or experiential retail programs
Background supporting brand, sport, or product-led retail moments
Experience building scalable pilots and test-and-learn frameworks
Strong creative thinking paired with business and operational rigor
