This role will support laptop refresh initiatives, new user onboarding, and day-to-day end-user support, requiring strong technical skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Execute large-scale laptop refresh and replacement projects , including imaging, configuration, and deployment
Onboard new users , prepare and image new systems, and ensure successful first-day readiness
Provide hands-on desktop and Windows 11 support for end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
Use SCCM to image, deploy, and manage devices
Manage and support users and devices in Active Directory (ADUC)
Deliver clear, professional communication while supporting users at all technical levels
Document work and follow established IT processes and standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting laptop refresh initiatives and device deployments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM
Hands-on experience with Active Directory (ADUC)
Hands-on experience with Windows 11
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or IT support roles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and user-focused approach
Preferred
Experience with ControlUp
Prior enterprise or corporate IT support experience
