Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling and quality control
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, construction workers, and other personnel on-site to ensure efficient and effective workflow
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors
Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards and specifications
Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA) are a plus
