Responsibilities

Creation and management of PMA Inspection Plans together with Engineering

Working in conjunction with Engineering

Design review approvals

Support product conformities

Nonconformity investigations, to include NCMs, PQEs, CCRs, etc

Development of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements

Assist with review of certification packages for PMA Pre-Approvals

Assist with ongoing technical training of PMA Inspectors

Assist in conducting internal quality audits

Participate in SOP revisions as needed to support continuous improvement
