Yazaki North America is a global leader in vehicle power and data solutions, seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join their IT Governance team. The intern will support the implementation of AI-driven workflows to enhance employee support experiences and collaborate with various teams to achieve successful deployment of self-service solutions.

Responsibilities

Supporting the implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI with Virtual Agent to transform our employee support experience across regions

Successful deployment of AI driven self-help and self-service to the end-user community

Increased health of documented knowledge materials for use with the Virtual Agent

Work closely with IT Process Owners, Support Teams and Platform Owners while learning at enterprise scale

Collaboration with business users will be required

Required

Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution during the internship period

Degree/experience related to the position (e.g., Computer Sciences and Business Administration)

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks between May 11, 2026, and August 14, 2026

Foundational information technology skills, technical writing and process engineering

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

Preferred

Some knowledge of generative AI and agentic workflows
