Responsibilities
Work a high call volume of seller leads generated from multiple marketing channels
Qualify homeowners, uncover motivation, and manage disciplined follow-up
Set and attend in-person appointments when appropriate
Analyze deals, run comps, determine ARV and MAO, and structure strong offers
Present offers and close deals both virtually and in person
Take each deal you contract through our company-wide dispositions process
Sell deals to end investors from our shared investor network
This structure rewards quality over quantity — if you take a deal down, you’ll also be responsible for selling it
Develop the ability to transition between seller psychology and investor communication
Utilize company provided disposition tools & systems to properly market your deal
Work closely with our Transaction Coordinator and internal team to support smooth closings
Maintain accurate, disciplined pipeline management within Salesforce
Balance acquisitions and dispositions responsibilities to ensure deal quality and execution
