Responsibilities

Assist with third party risk management program enhancements
Gather, review and process third party information and documentation
Review and challenge inherent risk questionnaires
Conduct follow up on outstanding due diligence questionnaires
Assist with managing remediation process, i.e., risk assessment of legacy third parties
Develop reports and dashboards summarizing risk exposure and mitigation efforts
Analyze possible issues and report results to the senior team members
Ensure identified issues are properly documented
Support business initiatives to review key third parties, as needed
Support training to raise awareness about the importance of third-party risk management across the firm
Participate in managing third party and affiliates data
Follow TPRM team members with third party risk assessment, due diligence, or other internal deliverables
Perform ad hoc analysis and project engagements, as needed
Develop and present at the end of the program a report about the experience, lessons learned, and knowledge gained

Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2026 start date for a 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
