Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries, concerns, or requests in a professional and friendly manner
Resolve customer issues, including billing problems, product inquiries, technical support, or service-related issues, in a timely and efficient manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Document customer interactions in the system accurately and thoroughly for future reference
Maintain customer records by updating account information, ensuring data integrity and privacy
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in stressful situations

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Bilingual capabilities (optional, depending on company needs)
Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not required
Additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
Ability to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
