Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent outreach
Capture customer information to utilize for follow-up contact
Manage client book including responding to inquiries and following up regarding shopping experience
Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals
Support in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in-store operation including daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns
Leverage internal systems to conduct business analysis and keep store and individual KPIs
Assist in maintenance of visual and housekeeping standards of the store
Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures
Additional duties as needed and assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
Strong customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 20lbs & stand for duration on shift
Preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary fashion retail industry preferred
Ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic is a plus
