Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and new features
Serve as SME for ITAM and ITOM modules to ensure best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical deliverables
Ensure platform performance, compliance, and data integrity
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT; 3+ years leadership experience
Advanced ServiceNow expertise, especially ITAM & ITOM
Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile, integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
ITIL/COBIT familiarity; proven ability to lead implementations
Preferred
Bachelor's in CS/IT; Master's a plus
Experience with AI/ML automation and enterprise integrations
