Professional Services

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Expected to be willing to take a handful of day trips each month
Will be expected to take projects from start to finish
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks
Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Foster positive relationships with clients and team members to achieve project goals

Required

Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the construction industry
8-15+ years of progressive general contracting experience

A strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting project deadlines and objectives
