Responsibilities
Be responsible for assisting Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Control with a variety of day-to-day tasks
Assist with management and completion of document control processes
Perform various process and documentation audits
Gather completed documentation from manufacturing for record retention
Assist with compiling data packages for customer review
Assist with data entry into project routings
Generate and publish various reports and metrics
Be required to manage multiple assignments and responsibilities concurrently
Assist with the management of engineering and process changes
Photograph shop activity to supplement work instructions and company advertising
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently with little supervision
Consistency in performance
Ability to read and write in English
High school diploma or higher education
Experience with data entry and analysis
Proven ability to multi-task and coordinate various projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and spend extended periods of time typing on computer keyboards or other office equipment
Must be able to read small print and be able to use a computer monitor for extended periods of time
Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
PPE is required at all times in the plant and yard
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or a 'protected individual'
Preferred
Experience with drafting software
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
