Provide live support available 9 AM – Midnight ET, seven days a week
Utilize proven 'Done-For-You' marketing systems, tech, and automation
Use personal website, CRM, and scaling playbooks included
Implement the highest compensation plan in the industry
Follow the Founder / IPO track for top builders and agency leaders
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Life or Annuities
Serious enough to get licensed fast through a one-week training program
Individuals with a team (and/or the drive to build one quickly)
High performers who know they're capable of more and are ready to act now
Preferred
Licensed agents or agency owners who feel capped where they are
Leaders who want real systems and mentorship — not cold calls or chasing friends
