Responsibilities
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a law firm setting
Experience in general mergers & acquisitions transactions and/or capital markets transactions
Experience advising on a wide range of corporate, joint venture and commercial transactions
Understanding of corporate and securities law matters, including M&A, SEC reporting matters, capital markets, corporate governance
Strong academic achievement, alongside excellent research, analytical, writing and communication skills
Proven transaction management ability
Hold a JD and be admitted to the Colorado bar
Qualification
Required
