Responsibilities

Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through private sellers, trade-ins, and our own network of customers
Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions
Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand
Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards

Qualification

Automotive buying experienceVehicle marketProficiency with vAutoProficiency with VIN SolutionsNegotiation skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsDealership management systems

Required

High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or related role
Previous BDC Administrator experience, or related role
Proficiency with tools like vAuto, VIN Solutions, and dealership management systems
