Responsibilities
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and ad-hoc analysis
Create/extend semantic models (OLAP / dimensional) and reporting layers
Support data warehouse + ETL pipelines to ensure accurate, timely data
Write and optimize SQL (performance tuning, validation, troubleshooting)
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Improve data quality, documentation, and operational stability of BI products
Qualification
Required
10+ years BI / data warehousing / analytics / reporting systems experience
10+ years dimensional + OLAP data modeling experience
Strong SQL skills (Snowflake + SQL Server) with query optimization
DAX & SQL
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery skills
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/CE (or equivalent experience)
Power BI (Dashboards + Paginated Reports)
