Build agentic AI systems with evaluators, critics, and feedback loops
Architect AI to observe, score, and supervise other AI systems
Optimize performance at the model/runtime/memory level
Ship real product, not prototypes — hands-on coding required

Required

Senior IC (journeyman-level) in Agentic AI, Applied LLMs, or AI Systems

Hands-on coder (Python, CUDA/ROCm, C++ a plus)
Understands memory constraints, inference optimization, KV-cache, quantization, distributed runtime, or similar

Preferred

Scale AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Imbue, Cognition, Replit, Palantir, Anduril, defense/IC background, autonomy systems, eval/safety infrastructure
