Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships across diverse sectors to enrich TikTok LIVE content and campaign experiences

Lead end-to-end collaboration with external clients, from outreach and proposal to execution and performance review

Translate business needs into integrated solutions, such as LIVE activations, co-branded campaigns, or product placement that align with creator strengths and community engagement

Support the operations team by providing resource-enabling partnerships that fuel creator participation, content innovation, and LIVE monetization

Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure external collaborations are aligned with TikTok LIVE's long-term roadmap

Conduct market research to identify potential partner categories and emerging trends in LIVE and content

Required

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

Passion for TikTok and a desire to shape the future of LIVE content
