Remote Sales Development Representative - Contract

They are seeking high-performing Sales Development Representatives to prospect and qualify leads, manage pipelines, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, track interactions, and optimize outreach
Leverage Power Dialer tools to maximize daily call volume and efficiency
Utilize ZoomInfo for lead generation, contact enrichment, and list building
Scrub and maintain accurate lead lists to ensure high-quality outreach
Set appointments and demos for Account Executives
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B IT or MSP sales
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms)
Hands-on experience with Power Dialer systems
Strong working knowledge of ZoomInfo for prospecting
Skilled in list scrubbing, segmentation, and data hygiene
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced MSP or IT services environment
Familiarity with sales automation tools and workflows
Understanding of IT solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud services, and VoIP
