Responsibilities
Support relationship building efforts including prospect research, partnership cultivation, event support, grant writing, and preparing materials for external presentations (slide decks, one-pagers)
Support the Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships in the overall partnership development strategy by working across Womankind departments to better understand new trends and gaps
Further strengthening internal collaboration
Qualification
Required
Experience in relationship building and partnership cultivation
Strong research skills, particularly in prospect research
Ability to support event planning and execution
Experience in grant writing
Proficiency in preparing materials for external presentations, including slide decks and one-pagers
Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments
Understanding of trends and gaps in community needs related to gender-based violence
