Digital Content Specialist - Wholesale

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our internal product information management (PIM) and digital asset management tools (DAM)
Build enhanced content for website product detail pages
Accountable for content marketing initiatives across all channels to drive traffic and engagement that deliver sales and customer retention
Brief in-store marketing material needs to the In House Agency
Execute review campaigns for new and existing products
Optimize product content for maximum sell-through for all channels of distribution
Stay current on new developments and emerging technologies in the digital environment; utilize learnings to drive marketing strategy
Assist in developing internal and external presentations
Ensure consistency of product copy by standardizing processes
Participate in weekly marketing initiatives and project meetings
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, develop and test new ideas and share meaningful insights and recommended next steps
Manage samples and shipments to and from photoshoots
Report on key KPIs such as conversion, add to carts and content scorecards
Work with sales teams to understand needs, provide support, and ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals
Monitor trade marketing spending, process invoices, and manage vendor relationships

Required

Experience working for a retail brand
