HR Business Partner
Pawnee Mental Health Services is a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Center serving underserved populations. The HR Business Partner will play a key leadership role in advancing the people strategy, overseeing recruitment efforts, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and operational needs
Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts, developing strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified talent
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, ADA accommodations, and performance concerns
Support organizational change initiatives through planning, communication, and employee engagement strategies
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
Assist in the design and administration of compensation programs and conduct market research to support competitive pay practices
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities to support employee growth and leadership development
Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics and trends to support data-informed decision-making
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and employee feedback efforts
Perform HR clerical and administrative duties as needed
Review and comply with the Pawnee Code of Conduct outlined in the Employee Handbook
Perform all other reasonably related duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Organized with excellent communication skills both oral and written using the English language
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionality
Preferred
Customer service experience
Supervisory experience
Related post-secondary education or experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Related post-secondary education or experience with Microsoft Office Suite
