Responsibilities
Process division orders accurately and within required timelines
Review and validate ownership interests to ensure records reflect correct ownership
Identify and resolve net revenue interest (NRI) discrepancies in coordination with payors and operators
Research and respond to inquiries from payors requesting additional documentation or clarification
Support land and title teams with curative and title-related research as needed
Maintain and update payor and ownership data within internal systems
Perform administrative tasks including document scanning, mailing, and record organization
Assist with team initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on division order experience
Working knowledge of the energy or oil & gas industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
High level of accountability with attention to accuracy and detail
Comfortable adapting to change and evolving priorities
