Support underwriters with processing new and renewal habitational submissions

Maintain accurate, well-organized underwriting files (including schedules, occupancy details, and loss history)

Communicate with brokers, agents, and internal teams to gather required information

Prepare quotes, binders, endorsements, and policy documents

Review terms and conditions for accuracy and guideline compliance

Track submissions, renewals, and outstanding documentation

Validate exposure data and assist with rating and risk evaluation

Prepare internal reports and materials for client presentations
