Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy GenAI applications using Python
Architect and implement RAG pipelines (document chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval)
Develop autonomous AI agents using LLMs and multimodal models
Optimize and implement AI/ML algorithms for performance and scalability
Build and manage data pipelines including preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation
Ensure high-quality data cleaning, labeling, and structuring
Lead development of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including:
Custom plugins and API integrations
Multi-agent and skill orchestration
Context and memory management
Prompt engineering and secure data handling
Design automation workflows using Power Automate
Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Design, develop, and deploy Custom AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution using LLMs and multi-modal models
Implement and manipulate complex algorithms essential for developing and optimizing generative AI models
Demonstrate advanced programming expertise, particularly in Python, with deep proficiency in AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
Design, build, and deploy GenAI applications using Python
Architect and implement RAG pipelines (document chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval)
Develop autonomous AI agents using LLMs and multimodal models
Optimize and implement AI/ML algorithms for performance and scalability
