Empire Beauty School has been educating future beauty professionals since 1934. The HR Generalist will support the People Services Department by focusing on recruitment, Leave of Absence Administration, Unemployment Administration, and Employee Relations, while also assisting with various HR projects and record retention.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Regional HR Managers to support the assigned schools
Assist with Leave of Absence Administration
Assist with Unemployment Administration
Conduct 30-60-90 day reviews
Facilitate New Hire Orientation
Manage Employee Relations
Deliver assistance on various projects, HRIS, and record retention

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
