Responsibilities
Project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community
Provide weekly project and scrum team status report
Enforce the capturing of productivity metrics, raise and address gaps, early escalation, and effective reporting of progress and accomplishments
Provide Agile coaching for scrum team members
Qualification
Required
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
5+ years of agile project management experience
Experience leading at least 2 scrum teams at once
Jira + Confluence experience
Can do sprint reports, understands velocity, burndown, points remaining/overcommitment
Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent professional experience required
Certified Scrum Master
PMP Certification
Process improvement and business transformation
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
