Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our global payment systems, ensuring stability and efficiency
Improve the customer-facing payment experience through close collaboration with the product department
Identify, onboard, and integrate new payment methods tailored to market needs
Implement advanced fraud prevention tools and technologies, including AI
Develop strategies to reduce overall payment processing costs
Cultivate relationships with key payment providers to secure competitive advantages
Manage the onboarding of new processors or payment methods with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, focusing on AML policies
Support finance and reconciliation functions to ensure accurate monthly reports
Offer senior management expert mentorship on emerging payments trends
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in a payments leadership role within a global organization
Proven experience managing payment processing in regulated environments
Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including fraud prevention and merchant acquiring
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and collaborator management skills
Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance, Card Scheme Certification, and ISO registration
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI)
Familiarity with structured process improvement and operational framework enhancements
