The firm seeks an attorney who can independently handle a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution, with a strong emphasis on trial experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement value
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance carriers
Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and trial presentation
Work collaboratively with support staff and firm leadership
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license in good standing
3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong deposition, motion practice, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred
Trial experience strongly preferred (first-chair or meaningful second-chair experience)
