Responsibilities
Overseeing irrigation system installations from start to finish
Managing and supervising a team of irrigation technicians
Managing all irrigation services, including the coordination of all materials, equipment, repairs, safety and quality standards
Coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years irrigation experience (commercial and residential)
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management/leadership position
Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation design, technology and best practices
Comfortability with technology and demonstrated experience using spread sheets and Jobber (or similar project management software) to create quotes and invoicing
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
