Evaluation of product features and customer metrics
Conduct statistical A/B and multivariate experiments
Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health
Ad hoc analysis for business leaders, investigating customer behavior and patterns
Data mining, model building, and analytical techniques to identify trends in the customer base
Qualification
Required
Expertise in handling large data sets with SQL or similar languages
Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight
Solid understanding of statistics, preferably with experience in A/B Testing
Advanced knowledge in Statistics
Advanced knowledge in AB Testing
Intermediate knowledge in Scripting
