Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, providing them with personalized advice on hair extensions, products, and care
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals
Maintain a deep understanding of She’s Happy Hair’s product offerings, including Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian hair, as well as the differences between raw and processed hair
Educate customers on proper hair care techniques to ensure product longevity
Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Work closely with fellow team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and customers receive top-notch service
Assist with keeping the store well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in retail sales, especially in the beauty or hair industry
A strong understanding of different types of hair extensions and hair care
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and a strong aptitude for upselling
Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting fellow team members and contributing to the overall success of the store
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
