Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering efforts for advanced aircraft and embedded systems
Drive requirements management, systems design, integration, and V&V
Collaborate across aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, materials, and manufacturing teams
Support development of complex aircraft systems, structures, and mission capabilities
Establish technical baselines, manage risk, and track Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)

Qualification

Systems EngineeringRequirements ManagementSystems IntegrationModel-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Aerospace & Defense ExperienceDOORSRhapsodyNoMagicMATLABINCOSE Certification

Required

Strong systems engineering background in complex, multidisciplinary environments
Advanced experience with requirements management, systems integration, and MBSE
Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB
BS in Systems Engineering or related field
Typically 14+ years of relevant experience

Preferred

Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred
INCOSE experience or certification a plus
