Sales Specialist
InnoVus of North Carolina is a medical device distributor specializing in technology for Spinal fusion applications. The Spine Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing complex clinical surgical case support, and providing excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.

Qualification
Required
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, meet sales targets, and guide team members
Experience in Training clients or colleagues to enhance understanding of products or services
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software is highly desirable
