Sales Executive, Converge+
Clarion Events North America is one of the fastest-growing event companies in the United States, specializing in managing and producing trade and consumer events. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for Converge’s Leads Portal and Insights Platform by selling subscription-based software and insights to existing customers across various industries.

Responsibilities
Own and grow SaaS revenue for Converge across Clarion’s event and media portfolio
Sell subscription-based software and insights to existing Clarion customers across multiple industries
Run full-cycle sales: discovery, solution design, proposal, close, and renewal
Clearly articulate how data, insights, and audience intelligence improve marketing ROI
Partner with event and media sales teams to bundle Converge into integrated customer solutions
Experience running post-event reviews leading to expansion (year over year growth and spend at the company level)
Ability to identify upsell signals and build multi-layered packages with media
Ability to manage sales periods tied to show timelines
Comfort with travel for onsite selling moments where conversions happen fastest
Provide structured product feedback from customers to influence roadmap
Partner with Product & Data to validate use cases and refine messaging
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and customer success teams
Support adoption and long-term value realization for customers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience selling SaaS, data, insights, or marketing technology
Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar) for pipeline, contract updates, and license tracking
Proven success in consultative, value-based selling
Strong understanding of marketing services, media campaigns, and ROI measurement
Deep understanding of data enrichment, audience intelligence, and multi-touch attribution
Ability to demo complex workflows (Scan → Insights → segmentation) confidently
Comfortable selling to marketing and commercial decision-makers
Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively with internal sales teams
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex solutions
