Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets and translate trends into clear, actionable recommendations
Automate recurring processes to accelerate insights and improve efficiency
Build forecasting, statistical, and machine learning models to predict cost metrics and behavior patterns
Design and evaluate pricing experiments, including A/B tests and optimization pilots
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize models and deliver scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy roles
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong understanding of forecasting, experimentation, and causal inference methodologies
Ability to connect data insights to business context and communicate clearly
Preferred
Expertise in pricing strategy, revenue management, and experimental design
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
