They are seeking a Project Coordinator to schedule and manage meetings, set up meeting rooms for presentations, and manage permissions on SharePoint.

Schedule and manage meetings
Set-up the meeting room for presentations
Managing permissions on SharePoint, editing views etc
Qualification
Required
Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
Some Experience with QuickBase helpful
Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)
Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates
Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently
Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities
Preferred
Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred
