Administrative Assistant needed for Ft Worth office
DSSW Home Care is hiring a detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our Fort Worth team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare administration, HR onboarding, or staffing coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our home care team by managing new hire processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate staffing schedules, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling
Manage new hire onboarding, including background checks, references, and credential verification
Facilitate employee orientation and ensure all HR documentation is complete
Maintain accurate personnel files and update HR software systems
Support payroll, benefits, and employee data changes
Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance paperwork
Monitor license and certification renewals to ensure regulatory compliance
Provide support for employee injury reporting and investigations
Troubleshoot issues in HRIS and payroll systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or HR
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
