Office Manager / Sales Lead WINDOW CLEANING COMPANY
Optimum Window Cleaning is a fast-growing, veteran-owned home service company in Las Vegas. They are seeking a high-level Office Manager / Sales Lead to manage inbound sales, scheduling, and customer communication while driving revenue and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails
Convert leads into booked appointments
Confidently sell over the phone
Present service plans and payment options
Follow up with unclosed leads until resolution
Manage and update all leads in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Maintain scheduling accuracy
Track customer communication and job notes
Ensure clean handoff to field teams
Hit daily and weekly revenue booking targets
Monitor close rates and follow-up effectiveness
Participate in weekly Zoom leadership meetings
Proactively identify bottlenecks in sales, scheduling, or communication
Qualification
Required
Strong phone sales experience (home services, call centers, inside sales, or cold calling preferred)
Comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day
Confident in handling objections and closing over the phone
Typing speed: 50+ WPM preferred
CRM experience (GoHighLevel strongly preferred)
Proficient with: Excel / Google Sheets
Email and calendar management
Text and call automation tools
Self-managed and disciplined in a remote environment
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional phone presence
Available for Zoom calls, live call coaching, and leadership meetings
Preferred
Experience in: Home services (cleaning, HVAC, roofing, pressure washing, etc.)
Appointment setting / inside sales
Recurring service plans or subscription sales
Understanding of: Lead tracking
Close rate optimization
Customer lifetime value
