Responsibilities
Manage multiple custom cabinetry and millwork projects from kickoff to closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, architects, and general contractors
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate internal teams including design, engineering, production, and installation
Review shop drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and constructability
Track costs, change orders, RFIs
Conduct regular project meetings handoffs with diverse teams
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes
Ensure projects meet Arbor & Ore’s standards for quality, craftsmanship, and safety
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Proven proficiency in Project Management with abilities in planning, execution, and process improvement
Skills in Detail Management to ensure smooth coordination and efficient project deliveries
Inspection expertise to ensure quality standards are met across all project phases
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
Experience in Interior Design or Construction Management is preferred
Familiarity with high-end furniture, cabinetry, or construction industries is a plus
