Valuation of real estate and businesses

Credit analysis of tenant businesses

Collection and analysis of financial and operating information about various companies and industries

Comparable research on companies and properties

Financial statement analysis

Financial modeling

Data gathering and analysis

Assistance in transaction execution

Drafting presentations, pitches and other memoranda for principals, clients and investors

Qualification

Required

1-3 years of finance and / or real estate experience

Strong analytical skills with a comfort around numbers and financial data

Demonstrated ability to operate as a strong team player
