Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for major product launches and refreshes that support GCS priorities, including:
Owning research strategy and translating data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing and optimization opportunities
Developing clear positioning, customer-facing messaging and visual identity frameworks that differentiate our products in a competitive market and resonate with target audiences
Leading cross-channel marketing activation and partnering with execution teams, while managing project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure flawless and on-time launches
Provide structure and clarity to move complex projects forward, ensuring cross-functional alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, GABM, CA&C, Governance teams, and agencies to align on goals, priorities, and launch deliverables
Clearly communicate nuanced strategy, recommendations, and progress to senior stakeholders
Bring a hands-on, proactive mindset, balancing strategic leadership with strong attention to detail
Manage B30 colleague responsible for directly contributing to end-to-end GTM initiatives, providing hands-on direction, skills development, and professional support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marketing or strategy experience in high-visibility, cross-functional roles
Proven ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
Exceptional communicator (written, verbal, visual) with the ability to create compelling narratives for senior audiences
Demonstrated success mobilizing and influencing cross-functional teams and partners
Deep customer-first mindset and ability to translate insights into impactful strategy and execution
Inspiring, committed people leader who motivates and guides team members through complexity, transformation, and change
Strong ownership, accountability, and project-management discipline — able to effectively manage multiple high-priority initiatives
