Responsibilities

Site Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling and quality control

Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, construction workers, and other personnel on-site to ensure efficient and effective workflow

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards and specifications

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction

Required

Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore and Microsoft Office
