Responsibilities
Handle a case load of 100+ mass tort clients
Provide legal support to two attorneys
Calendars hearings, trials, depositions, and appointments, in Casepeer (our Case Management software)
Assist counsel in preparing discovery responses, discovery shells, compiling documentation and information for discovery requests
Complete electronic court filings at a state level
Set up and close legal cases, prepare subpoenas, and arrange court reporters for depositions
Draft court documents, invoices and enclosures per attorneys' requests
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in litigation
Qualification
Required
Full-time certified Paralegal
Handle a case load of 100+ mass tort clients

Must be able to commute to and work in-person at our office in Manhattan Beach between 8:30-5, 9-5:30, or 9:30-6
