Assistant Program Director, CRNA Program
The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is seeking an Assistant Program Director for the CRNA Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the CRNA program, supporting student success, and participating in accreditation processes.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the CRNA program in the absence of the Assistant Dean and Program Director
Supports the student success of the OUHSC CON CRNA program across the student life cycle
Promotes a student success model for the OU CON student experience
Participates in accreditation processes
Provides leadership in the development, implementation and assessment of academic programs and the College and University strategic plans
Qualification
Required
Eligible for or hold current registered nurse license for the State of Oklahoma
Graduate degree in Nursing
Terminal Degree in Nursing, Health, Science, or Social Science Related Field
2 years of clinical practice experience for licensed applicants
Faculty teaching in advanced practice programs (NP, CNS, or CRNA) must hold appropriate specialty certification
Minimum of one year of advanced practice registered nurse experience in the specialty
Preferred
5 years' experience practicing as a CRNA
2 years' teaching in CRNA program
2 years' experience in Faculty leadership position in CRNA program
A record of scholarship and extramural funding
