DOAS Business Analysis HR Systems
Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking an individual with strong technical Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) knowledge and business analysis skills. The role involves supporting the implementation of Workday HCM for 70,000 state employees, focusing on data validation, testing, and providing technical support for various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Review and resolve data conversion issues to successfully map data from legacy systems to Workday
Review and disposition test defects
Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems
Provide tier-two user support
Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team to provide technical support
Qualification
Required
Strong technical Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) knowledge
Business analysis skills, including data validation, testing, requirements traceability, training, and general system support skills
Strong data analysis skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables
Experienced in presenting to multiple layers of leadership (Director, C-level executives, etc.)
Four years' experience implementing and/or administering HRIS
Direct experience in large-scale data conversions
Preferred
Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM
Experience administering PeopleSoft HCM
Experience supporting technology in the public sector
