Responsibilities
Design, develop, and update e-learning and training materials aligned with defined learning outcomes
Modernize training content and formats to support ease of updates and alignment with enterprise learning standards
Support training readiness for the launch of new, high-visibility programs
Update course content to reflect organizational changes, processes, and regulatory or operational requirements
Design and develop microlearning and on-demand learning experiences
Create engaging multimedia content, including interactive elements, graphics, audio, and video
Perform quality assurance and testing of courses prior to release
Partner with LMS administrators to publish, test, and launch courses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Continuously evaluate and improve learning materials based on feedback and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or a related field
Instructional Design certification or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with modern learning approaches, including microlearning and just-in-time training
Working knowledge of the ADDIE instructional design model
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
Preferred
Experience developing training for software or technical systems
