Process accurate weekly payroll for 60+ employees across multiple states
Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain organized records
Support audits, manage 401(k) and vacation tracking
Collaborate with HR and Finance on onboarding and administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation required
3+ years of payroll experience (construction or public sector preferred)
Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP, Ceridian, Workday) and advanced Excel
Strong attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and communication skills
