Founding Marketing Director
Probook is an AI company transforming the home services industry, and they are seeking a Founding Marketing Director to build their marketing function from scratch. The role requires strong brand leadership and demand generation skills, with a focus on establishing Probook as a leader in AI for trades and creating systems for generating qualified inbound leads.

Responsibilities
Establish Probook and its leadership as the authoritative voice on AI in the trades
Build authority through social media thought leadership, compelling case studies, and strategic presence (influencers, website, brand, etc.) that makes the largest home service businesses view Probook as the inevitable evolution of their tech stack
Build repeatable systems that generate qualified inbound
Execute high-ROI events, deploy email nurture programs that keep Probook top-of-mind, and establish partnerships with channels and influencers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B startup Brand/Content marketing experience (Series A-D stage strongly preferred) with deep expertise in brand/content
Proven hands-on execution: You've written compelling content, orchestrated events, or built multi-channel campaigns yourself—not just managed agencies
LinkedIn fluency: Comfortable building thought leadership presence and executing content strategies that drive business outcomes
Scrappy builder mentality: Track record of building marketing infrastructure from scratch with limited resources
NYC based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week

Only exception is exceptionally documented personal brand/content spike
