Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting safety and performance
Collaborate with logistics providers to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience, preferably in B2B Wholesale or import/direct shipping
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in inventory and logistics systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Experience with international shipments and bonded warehouse procedures
Familiarity with duties/VAT processes
Forklift certification is a plus
